Switching from HID approve app to Fob for eRx

In case the phone app for eRx narcotics is unavailable for any reason, this is how you would switch from using the phone app to using your Fob

• On the medical records side of Medent Click the magnifying glass to search

• Search Practitioner Authentication for EPCS 
• At the top you will see 2 boxes as shown below: 

• Make sure the box to the left that states Link USB token is checked as shown above

This will no longer send the prompt to your phone and will only be able to use your fob that is associated with the account.
