All you need to do is delete the shortcut on the home screen and recreate it. Here are the instructions to play the shortcut on an iPhone.
How to Create a Website Link on Your Home Screen
1. Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Navigate to the site that you want to create a Home screen shortcut to, such as medentmobile.com using the Safari web browser.
3. Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen.
4. Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen. (If you don't see the action, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions, then tap Add next to the Add to Home Screen action. After that, you'll be able to select it from the Share Sheet.)
5. Type a name for your site link. This will be the title that appears beneath its icon on your Home screen.
6. Tap Add in the top-right corner of the screen.
Your new "web app" will appear in the next available space on your device's Home screen. To move it like you would any other app, tap and hold its icon, then tap Edit Home Screen, and you'll be able to drag it to your desired location. When you've placed it where you want it, tap Done.
If recreating the shortcut does not fix the medentmobile.com login page, you must clear the Safari web browser cache.
First, make sure the iPhone is up to date.
-At the time of this email, the current iOS (which Safari shares this version) is 14.6.
-This can be found under Settings (Usually a gear icon on your home screen)>General>Software Update>Here it should say "iOS 14.6, iOS is up to date."
-Clear Safari cache and this should fix the medentmobile.com site login page, if recreating the shortcut did not fix the issue.
THIS MAY CAUSE SAFARI TO LOSE ANY STORED USER NAMES OR PASSWORDS SPECIFICALLY SAVED IN SAFARI.
How to clear Safari cache and history on iPhone or iPad:
Open the Settings app.
Tap "Safari."
Tap "Clear History and Website Data."
On the screen that pops up, choose "Clear History and Data."
When you clear your cache on your iPhone or iPad, it will clear your history on your connected devices and computers as well.
The medentmobile.com site should display a text box to enter your Access ID or User ID.
Log in as normal with the appropriate information.
